On February 7, Gelonghui | Changgao Dianxin (002452.SZ) announced that the total capital to be repurchased is not less than RMB 80 million, not more than RMB 160 million. Based on the maximum amount of repurchase capital of RMB 160 million and the maximum share price limit of 9.19 yuan/share, it is estimated that the number of shares that can be repurchased is approximately 17.4102 million shares, accounting for about 2.81% of the company's current total share capital; based on the lower limit of the total repurchase amount of RMB 80 million and the upper price of repurchased shares of 9.19 yuan/share, the estimated number of shares that can be repurchased is approximately 8.751 million shares, accounting for about 1.4% of the company's current total share capital.
