Glonghui, Feb. 7 | Paulette (300246.SZ) announced that the company plans to repurchase shares for employee stock ownership plans or equity incentives. The total amount of capital to be used for the repurchase shall not be less than RMB 20.00 million (inclusive) and not more than RMB 30 million (inclusive). The price range to be repurchased does not exceed RMB 12 per share (inclusive). Based on the upper limit of the proposed repurchase price and the repurchase amount range, the number of repurchases was 1.666,700 to 2.5 million shares, accounting for 0.63% to 0.94% of the company's total share capital. The implementation period for this repurchase is no more than 12 months from the date the board of directors reviews and approves the repurchase plan for employees.
