Zhitong Finance App News, Benli Technology (301065.SZ) announced that the company plans to use its own funds to repurchase some RMB common stock (A shares) shares already issued by the company, and use the repurchase shares for employee stock ownership plans or equity incentives at an appropriate time in the future. The total repurchase capital shall not be less than RMB 50 million (inclusive) and not more than RMB 10 million (inclusive). The implementation period for the share repurchase shall not exceed 12 months from the date the board of directors of the company reviewed and approved the repurchase plan.
