Gelonghui, Feb. 6 | Wentou Holdings (600715.SH) announced that the company plans to sell the Yeshan Tourist Resort Planning and Construction Service Office of 102.575,500 yuan (“Target Asset”) to the related corporation Beijing Cultural and Creative Industry Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. (“Beijing Cultural and Creative Fund”) through a non-disclosure agreement transfer (the details are subject to the transfer method agreed in a formal agreement), and use the consideration for this transaction to directly offset the company's controlling shareholder Beijing Wenzi Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Beijing Wenzi Holdings”) A debt of 10,25.755 million yuan. As of the end of 2023, the assets to be sold had a book balance of $102.575,500, with a book value of $102.575,500 (the above data has not been audited). The proposed sale price of the underlying assets is RMB 102.575,500.
