The company received a letter from the Stock Exchange on January 26, 2024 containing the decision to cancel the company's listing status. On February 5, 2024, the company submitted an application requesting that the decision be forwarded to the Listing Review Committee for review.
On the date of this announcement, the petition was submitted only as an application to wind up the company, and the Hong Kong High Court did not grant a winding-up order to wind up the company.
