According to the Zhitong Finance App, Yabo Technology Holdings (08279) announced that Macau Express Co., Ltd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, is the leading payment service provider in the Macau Special Administrative Region of China. According to section 85 (2) of Macau's “Financial System Legal System”, Macau Express Co., Ltd. (a licensed “other financial institution” under the Macau Monetary Authority) must publish the trial balance for that quarter in the “Official Gazette” within 45 days after the end of each calendar season. Therefore, Macau Express Co., Ltd. aims to publish its unaudited trial balance for the fourth quarter of 2023 in the Macau “Government Gazette” on or around February 7, 2024. According to the fourth quarter trial balance report, the total cumulative revenue (including core business income and non-core revenue items) and total expenses for the year ended 31 December 2023 were approximately MOP 404 million and MOP 383 million respectively.
