Gelonghui, Feb. 6: Chuangshi Technology (300941.SZ) announced an indicative announcement regarding the listing and circulation of shares issued prior to the initial public offering. The shares whose sales restrictions have been lifted are some of the shares of Fujian Chuangshi Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) that were issued before the initial public offering. The number of shares whose sales restrictions have been lifted is 87.458.25 million shares, accounting for 42.7148% of the company's total share capital. The actual number of shares that can be listed and circulated is 316,963.12 million shares, accounting for 15.4805% of the company's current total share capital. The sales limitation period is 36 months from the date of the company's initial public offering and listing. The listing and circulation date for the shares whose sale restrictions have been lifted is February 19, 2024 (Monday).
