Gelonghui, Feb. 6, 丨 Boqi Environmental Protection (02377.HK) announced that on February 6, 2024, Beijing Boqi, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and Caixun Co., Ltd. signed a joint venture agreement to establish a joint venture in China to develop new energy business.
According to the joint venture agreement, Beijing Boqi invested RMB 4 million in cash, accounting for 40% of the total registered capital of the joint venture, and Caixun shares invested RMB 6 million in cash, accounting for 60% of the total registered capital of the joint venture.
The purpose of establishing a joint venture is to make full use of the resource advantages of both parties to jointly explore the new energy business market. This is in line with the development direction of accelerating the company's strategic deployment of the new energy business.
