According to the Zhitong Finance App, Haode Holdings (08149) announced that in the third quarter of the 2024 fiscal year, the Group obtained revenue of HK$6.2 million from corporate financing and other consulting services, an increase of 14.5% over the same period last year. The Group's cumulative revenue from this business segment for the nine months ended 31 December 2023 was HK$16.2 million, an increase of 11.7% over the same period last year.
The Group obtained overall rental income of HK$7.4 million from investment properties under operating leases in the third quarter of fiscal year 2024, a decrease of 3.2% compared with the same period last year, mainly due to the depreciation of the yen during this period. In Japanese yen, rental income from investment properties in Japan actually increased by 2.3% compared to the same period last year.
The cumulative rental income for the nine months ended 31 December 2023 was HK$22.8 million, a decrease of 2.2% compared with the same period last year. Similarly, in Japanese yen, the rental income generated by Japanese investment properties for the nine months ended December 31, 2023 increased by 3.7% compared to the same period last year.
In the third quarter of the 2024 fiscal year, all properties in Hong Kong were rented out (same period last year: 100%), while in the third quarter of fiscal year 2024, the occupancy rate (in terms of rental income) of the Japanese property portfolio was 95.9% (same period last year: 93.4%).
