(002229.SZ) announced that the company plans to sign a “partnership share transfer agreement” with Shenzhen Rilai Jiayu Investment Enterprise (limited partnership) (“Rely Jiayu”). The company will enjoy the corresponding property and partnership rights in Pujun Jinqin according to the share of capital pledged to Pujun Jinqin, and assume the corresponding obligation to Pujun Jinqin to be transferred to Rely Jiayu at 96 million yuan. After the transfer is completed, the company will no longer hold Pujun Jinqin's fund shares.
