The proposed repurchase amount is not less than RMB 300 million (inclusive) and not more than RMB 500 million (inclusive,), and the proposed repurchase price range is not more than RMB 14.00 per share; under the condition that the repurchase price of the shares does not exceed 14.00 yuan/share, the estimated number of shares to be repurchased is not less than 35.714,300 shares, accounting for about 5.32% of the company's total issued share capital; based on the lower limit of the repurchase amount, the estimated number of shares to be repurchased is not less than 21.428,600 shares, accounting for about 3.19% of the company's total issued share capital Buy back in quantity The actual number of shares to be repurchased at maturity shall prevail.
