Since the H share value-added rights plan was approved by the Beijing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on January 22, 2024, the plan officially came into effect on February 2, 2024. As the grant conditions under the scheme and grant have been met, the Board of Directors reviewed and approved the resolution granting the initial share appreciation right on February 2, 2024, and decided to make the initial grant on February 2, 2024.
