Gelonghui, Feb. 2: Huaxing Capital Holdings (01911.HK) announced that the following changes will take effect on February 2, 2024: (i) Bao Fan resigns as the company's executive director, chairman of the board of directors, CEO, and chairman of the nomination committee, chairman of the executive committee, and member of the remuneration committee; (ii) Xie Yijing was appointed as the chairman of the board of directors and changed from acting CEO to CEO. On the same day, he was also appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee, Chairman of the Executive Committee and member of the Remuneration Committee; (iii) Lin Jiachang was appointed as Executive Director and Vice Chairman of the Board; (iv) Du Yongbo was appointed as Executive Director; (v) Wang Lixing and Du Yongbo were each appointed as Group Co-Presidents based on their current positions as Executive Directors; and (vi) Sun Qianhong was appointed as non-executive directors.
