Guowei Holdings (02239) announced that on February 1, 2024, Guowei Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed a lease agreement with Shenzhen Digital Television (owners and company related persons) for a period of 36 months starting February 1, 2024.
According to reports, the property is located on the 14th and 22nd floors of Guoshi Building, 1801 Shahe West Road, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. The monthly rent is RMB 305,700.
Since the Group's Shenzhen office has been located in this property since 2019, considering the Group's development plans and needs, Guowei Group plans to continue leasing the property. The lease agreement will allow the Group to acquire the property in the future.
