Gelonghui, Feb. 1, 丨 Lijin Technology (00558.HK) announced that according to the equity incentive plan, on February 1, 2024, Shenzhen Lijin granted a total of about 4.07% of Shenzhen Lijin's total registered capital as at the date of this announcement. The subscription price for each share was RMB 6.07 (the subscription price was approved at the special shareholders' meeting), with a total subscription amount of RMB 151 million.
The core employees participating in the program are confident of the Group's future development and prospects, and voluntarily participate in this equity incentive plan to develop together with the company.
