The company's construction standards have been raised, construction is more difficult than expected, and according to the company's development position of the future industrial paper packaging business line, combined with the company's current business conditions, the company plans to increase investment in construction base projects to purchase imported high-speed bag production lines, civil construction and supporting projects to further expand business production capacity. The company plans to increase the investment by about 677 million yuan according to the design estimate on top of the original total investment plan amount of 690 million yuan for the project.
