According to the Zhitong Finance App, Shanghai Ailu (301062.SZ) disclosed the 2024 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan (draft). The company plans to grant 7.02 million restricted shares to incentive recipients. Of these, the incentive plan grants 5.92 million shares for the first time and reserves 1.1 million shares. The award price is 5.21 yuan/share. No more than 27 people were granted incentives for the first time, and the target of the reserved incentive shall be determined within 12 months after review and approval of this incentive plan by the shareholders' meeting.
Furthermore, this incentive plan is valid for a maximum period of no more than 48 months from the date the restricted shares are first granted until all restricted shares granted to the incentive target are vested or cancelled.
