Gelonghui, Feb. 1, 丨 Binjiang Service (03316.HK) announced that on February 1, 2024, Ningbo Binrun received the winning bid notice and Yuhongfu's bid notice, confirming that in the tender held by Binyuan Real Estate and Binqian Real Estate to transfer the right to use Guanpin Mingyu parking space and Yuhongfu parking space, Ningbo Binrun was the winning bidder to obtain the right to use the parking space at a cost of RMB 32.5966 million. According to this, the agreement relating to the acquisition will be concluded around February 10, 2024.
According to the notice of winning the bid, Ningbo Binrun agreed to obtain 33 parking spaces from Binyuan Real Estate at a cost of RMB 4.107,500. These parking spaces are located within the Guanpin Famous Residence project.
According to Yuhongfu's bid notice, Ningbo Binrun agreed to obtain the right to 449 parking spaces in Yuhongfu from Binqian Real Estate at a cost of RMB 28.489 million. These parking spaces are located within the Yuhongfu project.
