After further negotiations and discussions, these subscribers failed to fulfill their respective responsibilities under these subscription agreements. Considering (including) current market conditions, the company and these subscribers have each decided not to proceed with the subscription matters
Having regard to the foregoing, on February 1, 2024, the Company entered into a termination agreement with each of these Subscribers, according to which the Company and such Subscribers each agreed to terminate the relevant subscription agreement without immediate effect or effect, and the Company and the relevant Subscriber each mutually exempt and discharge from any present and future obligation, liability, loss, damage, demand, claim, lawsuit or action of any nature arising out of or in any way related to each relevant subscription agreement.
The announcement stated that the termination of these subscription agreements will not have any significant adverse impact on the Group's business operations and financial position.
