Jisheng Group Holdings (08133) announced that the board of directors is discussing a proposed bond subscription matter with an independent private investor, Zhuhai Tianqi Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (subscriber). Based on this, the subscriber intends to subscribe and the company plans to issue bonds. The principal amount, interest rate and maturity date of the bond will be determined in a formal agreement.
The Company and the Subscriber shall make every effort to reach a formal legally binding agreement on the proposed issuance of bonds.
