<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a bourse filing, EA Holdings said Borhan is succeeding Azahar Rasul, 62, who resigned as independent and non-executive chairman to pursue other interests.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Meanwhile, the company said Borhan retired as mayor of Taiping in 2019 to pursue his business endeavours.&nbsp; He has no familial ties with any director or substantial shareholder of the company.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>EA Holdings is involved in ICT services, software solutions, automation systems and F&amp;B distribution.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Shares of EA Holdings closed unchanged at 0.5 sen on Wednesday, giving the company a market value of RM32 million.</p></div>
