Addex Therapeutics To Sell Up To $2.1 Mln Of ADSs

Addex Therapeutics Ltd (ADXN), a company pioneering allosteric modulation-based drug discovery and development, said on Wednesday that it signed an agreement with H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC, to sell up to $2.1 million of its American Depository Shares or ADSs.

The company noted that it may offer or sell its ADSs from time to time at its sole discretion through H.C. Wainwright as its sales agent.
