(“Project Company”) in the Hefei Economic Development Zone, with a total investment of no more than 500 million yuan within three years. The company and Huawang (Hefei) Co., Ltd. (“Hefei Huawang”) intend to sign a “Letter of Intent for Transfer of Hefei Factory Assets”. The project company plans to purchase 12,3924.69 square meters of land, 11,6742.03 square meters of buildings, building facilities, 10 baby diapers/pull-up pants equipment and ancillary facilities/accessories held by Hefei Huawang in the Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone in Anhui Province for no more than 235 million yuan.
According to reports, the purchase of the Hefei Huawang production line is based on the high capacity utilization rate of existing baby product equipment. According to the needs of the company's overall layout and development strategy, and the need for new product development and new sales channel expansion, the company will make full use of the large area advantages of the target product ready-made plant and warehouse, reserving sufficient space for future business development, optimizing existing business, and helping to form new profit growth points for listed companies.
