Gelonghui January 30 | Hang Lung Group (00010.HK) announced that Chen Qizong will retire from the positions of Group Chairman, Executive Director and Chairman of the Executive Committee, effective after the completion of the respective annual general meetings of the shareholders of Hang Lung Group and Hang Lung Properties to be held on April 26, 2024. After his retirement, Chen Qizong will not hold the position of non-executive director of the board of directors.
The Board of Directors announced that it has proposed and selected Chen Wenbo, Group Vice Chairman, Executive Director and Executive Committee member, as Group Chairman and Executive Committee Chairman, which will take effect after the completion of the 2024 Annual General Meeting.
