According to reports, the company will apply for the relevant approval order (application) described in subparagraphs 3 (a) and 3 (b) of the pre-conditions for the share offering at a hearing scheduled to be held on January 29, 2024. At a hearing held on January 29, 2024, the court confirmed that for the first part of the application referred to in prerequisite subparagraph 3 (a), no approval order was required for the issuance and transfer of shares offered and/or unpaid shares; therefore, no approval order would be issued for the first part of the application, and for the second part of the application (which relates to the use or use of the net proceeds of the share offering as described in paragraph 3 (b) of the prerequisite), the court rejected that part of the application because it was not possible to determine the relevant details, including the exact amount of the net proceeds that could be raised.
