The prerequisites under the sales agreement have been met, and the completion was implemented on the date of this announcement. Immediately before completion, the company had a total of 960 million issued shares. At the time of completion, a total of 100 million new shares (equivalent to approximately 15.79% of the Company's issued share capital after the expansion of the issued price shares on the date of this announcement) had been officially allocated and issued to seller Chen Rongren by means of full payment in accordance with a general mandate.
