Since all the conditions for the share consolidation set out in the circular have been met, the share merger will take effect on January 31, 2024 after passing an ordinary resolution approving the share merger at the special shareholders' meeting. Trading of the consolidated shares will commence on the Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on January 31, 2024. After the share merger comes into effect, the change in the trading unit of each lot will also take effect.
