Gelonghui, January 29, 丨 China Infrastructure Investment (00600.HK) announced that on January 26, 2024, the company received a letter from the Stock Exchange stating that due to the company's failure to meet the resumption guidelines stipulated by the Stock Exchange and resume trading of the company's shares before January 10, 2024, the Stock Exchange Listing Committee has decided to cancel the company's listing status in accordance with section 6.01A (1) of the listing rules.
The company is still reviewing the decision and is discussing it with professional advisors, and will consider whether to request a review of the decision referred to the Listing Review Committee.
