Gelonghui, January 26, 丨 Accor Holdings (03313.HK) announced that on January 26, 2024, the company entered into a subscription agreement with the subscribing party. According to this, the company conditionally agreed to allocate and issue, and the subscribing party conditionally agreed to subscribe for 61.72 million subscribed shares. The subscription price was HK$0.20 per subscribed share.
The subscribed shares are equivalent to approximately 6.25% of the expanded issued share capital of the company immediately after completion (assuming that there is no change in the issued share capital of the company between the announcement date and completion, other than the issuance of subscription shares). The subscription price is HK$0.20 per share at a discount of approximately 9.91% from the closing price of HK$0.2220 per share as reported on January 26, 2024 (the last trading day). The net proceeds will be approximately HK$12.24 million. The net proceeds from the subscription are expected to be used to repay part of the Group's existing liabilities. If no portion of the net proceeds is used for this purpose, it is intended that such proceeds be used for the Group's general working capital and/or for the Group to explore any related business investment opportunities from time to time.
