Gelonghui, January 26, 丨 Chuangsheng Group-B (06628.HK) issued an announcement. On January 26, 2024, the company awarded 4.9 million award shares to 206 award grantees in accordance with the share incentive plan.
The reason for awarding the January bonus is that by awarding shares, commending and rewarding the January bonus recipients for their outstanding performance and contributions to the company in 2023, and providing incentives to the January bonus recipients to do their best to successfully serve the company and its affiliated companies and reward the unremitting efforts of relevant personnel, and to provide the January bonus recipients with an opportunity to benefit from the appreciation of shares.
According to section 17.06A of the listing rules, the board of directors announced that on January 26, 2024, the company will conditionally grant 2.6 million bonus shares to Dr. Qian, Dr. Zhao and Mr. Weng in accordance with the share incentive plan. Since the award of additional rewards will result in the award exceeding the authorized limit of the plan, according to section 17.03C (3) of the Listing Rules, the granting of additional rewards is subject to approval by shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders before they can actually be implemented.
