WiSA Technologies, Inc. entered into Securities Purchase Agreements with four accredited investors, issuing promissory notes totaling $1,000,000 and warrants for 10,000,000 shares at $0.0001 par value per share for $600,000 in a private placement. This transaction was completed on January 23, 2024, and was previously disclosed in a Current Report filed with the SEC.
