Gelonghui, January 25, 丨 Yunfeng Finance (00376.HK) announced that on January 25, 2024, the company (as the borrower) signed a financing agreement with a syndicate of banks (as the original lender). The syndicate agreed to provide the company with a fixed term and revolving loan of HK$1.4 billion (with green shoe options, which can increase the loan amount to an amount further agreed upon by the parties to the contract). The loan period is three years, calculated from the date the financing agreement is signed.
The signing of the financing agreement shows the company's commitment to long-term sustainable development. The sustainable development loan will first repay existing bank loans, and secondly, provide financing for the group's general working capital needs.
