Compared with the same period last year, it will decrease by 27.87 million yuan to increase by 12.13 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 12.23% to an increase of 5.32%.
The current period was affected by a decrease in rental income due to international logistics expropriation, an increase in financial expenses, and the receipt of dividends from Zheshang Bank.
