In accordance with the spirit of the resolution of this shareholders' meeting, the company signed an “Expropriation Compensation Agreement” with Shanghai Jiading Housing Expropriation Service Co., Ltd. and the People's Government of Malu Town, Jiading District, Shanghai on August 17, 2023.
