Hope Education (01765) announced that Mr. Li Tao has been reappointed from an executive director to a non-executive director and appointed as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors with effect from January 24, 2024.

Mr. Huang Zhongcai has been appointed as an Executive Director and a member of the Strategy and Development Committee with effect from January 24, 2024.
