Gelonghui, January 24, 丨 Enterprise Exhibition Holdings (01808.HK) announced that from May 9, 2023 to January 22, 2024, the Group purchased a total of 173,297 RIOT shares in the market through Qizhan (Hong Kong) Holdings, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, at a total purchase price of about US$2,098 million (not including transaction costs). As of the date of the announcement, the Group indirectly held 107,000 shares of RIOT.
From October 5, 2023 to January 22, 2024, the Group purchased a total of 8,500 shares of Boeing on the market through Enterprise Exhibition (Hong Kong) Holdings, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, at a total purchase price of approximately US$1.826 million (not including transaction costs). On the date of the announcement, the Group indirectly held 7,000 shares of Boeing.
