Gelonghui, January 24 | According to the latest equity disclosure data from the Stock Exchange, on January 18, 2024, COSCO SHIPPING Port (01199.HK) was granted an increase of 7.932 million shares by COSCO Marine Holdings at an average price of HK$5.267 per share, involving approximately HK$41.77,800.
After the increase in holdings, COSCO Offshore's latest shareholding was 2,390,143,793 shares, and the shareholding ratio increased from 66.84% to 67.07%.
