Since January 23, 2024: (1) Huang Wenqiang has been appointed as Executive Director, Co-Chairman, Remuneration Committee Member and Nomination Committee Chairman; (2) Ren Song has been appointed as Executive Director and Co-Chairman of the Board; (3) Li Jianhui has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Board and a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee; (4) Gao Wenjuan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Board of Directors.
