Gelonghui, January 23 | Overseas Chinese Town A (000069.SZ) announced that the size of the corporate bonds to be issued will not exceed RMB 10 billion. The specific scale of issuance is requested to be determined by the shareholders' meeting authorized board of directors and authorized board personnel within the scope described above based on the company's capital requirements and market conditions at the time of issuance. After deducting the issuance fee, the funds raised from the current issuance of corporate bonds will be used to repay financial institution loans, repay early issued corporate bonds and interest, supplement working capital, and other uses permitted by applicable laws and regulations. The funds will be invested in accordance with national industrial policies or other purposes approved by the shareholders' meeting, and will not be used to cover losses and unproductive expenses.
