Gelonghui, January 23, 丨 Jinyi Group Holdings (00565.HK) announced that on October 3, 2023, Xufu Co., Ltd. (“Xufu”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed a non-legally binding letter of intent with Du Liudong (“founder shareholder”). Based on this, Xufu intends to invest in (but not limited to) Hebei Wanma Biomedical Co., Ltd. in the form of shares, loans or convertible bonds, and the founder shareholders intend to enter into a possible transaction with Xufu.
Since the parties have not entered into a formal agreement, the letter of intent terminates when three months from the date of the letter of intent expires.
