Zhitong Finance App News, Sichuang Medicare (300078.SZ) announced that the company received the “Decision on Disciplinary Punishment of Sichuang Medicare Technology Co., Ltd. and related parties” issued by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (“Shenzhen Stock Exchange”) on January 22, 2024.
According to the facts set out in the “Administrative Penalty Decision” and “Market Ban Decision” of the Zhejiang Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the company and related parties committed the following irregularities: the public publication of documents fabricated major false content, and there were false records in the 2019 and 2020 annual reports of Sichuang Medicare.
