Gelonghui, January 22, 丨 Sipai Health (00314.HK) announced that the company was informed by the trustee that from October 31, 2023 to January 18, 2024, the trustee had purchased a total of 127.152 million shares on the market in accordance with the plan rules. The total cost was approximately HK$94.884 million. Each share ranged from HK$6.37 to HK$8.97 per share.
As of the announcement date, the trustee had purchased a total of 12,715,200 shares in accordance with the rules of the plan, accounting for about 1.67% of the total number of shares issued by the company on the announcement date. The shares purchased in accordance with this will be used as an incentive for eligible participants under the scheme to encourage them to contribute to the Group.
