Gelonghui, January 22丨Baguio Green Group (01397.HK) announced that the board of directors of the company noticed unusual fluctuations in the company's stock price and trading volume recently.
After making reasonable inquiries about the company in the relevant circumstances, the board confirmed that, apart from the garbage levy scheme recently promoted by the HKSAR Government, which may be deemed beneficial to the company's business, the company is unaware of any other causes of such share price and trading volume fluctuations, or any information that must be published to avoid a false market in the company's securities, or any insider information required to be disclosed in accordance with Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance, Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong.
