Gelonghui, January 21丨Aidi Palace (00286.HK) announced that the company's subsidiary is leasing hotel rooms to use as a new “Moon Gege” brand confinement center (“the Zhuhai Third Store”) at the Zhuhai Yindu Pagoda Hotel (“the Hotel”). The hotel is located in Gongbei District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, People's Republic of China, and the Zhuhai No. 3 store has officially opened.
In less than six months, the Group's newly formed Monthly Gege Brand Division opened two new confinement centers in Zhuhai, namely the first store in Zhuhai and the second store in Zhuhai. The Zhuhai YueGeGe team is further cultivating the city, strengthening the word-of-mouth effect through high-quality local service experiences, continuously increasing the referral rate. Customer demand continues to rise and push for the opening of the Zhuhai No. 3 store in the same city, thus further increasing its share in the Zhuhai market. The No. 3 store in Zhuhai continues to operate using an extremely light asset model. In more than a year, Zhuhai has become the second-largest city with the largest number of stores after Shenzhen, fully proving that the Group's extremely light asset model has the ability to quickly replicate and operate efficiently.
The implementation of the Group's “Five-Year Fifty Cities Plan” is, on the one hand, speeding up the layout of major cities across the country and increasing urban coverage; on the other hand, it continues to focus on encryption and increase market share in the cities already covered.
At the level of coverage in new cities, the YueGeGe brand division first expanded into the new city in 2023 and entered the East China market to open the No. 1 store in Wuxi. At the same time, it innovated the Aidigong Division and opened the Aidegong brand's No. 1 store in Xiamen, No. 1 in Dongguan, and No. 1 in Guangzhou. The Combined Aidigong Division launched a new non-residential combined maternal and child confinement service business, and opened service center stores under the Combined Aidigong brand in Quanzhou and Fuzhou respectively within a month.
As of the announcement date, the Group has achieved market coverage in 10 cities of Shenzhen, Beijing, Chengdu, Zhuhai, Xiamen, Dongguan, Wuxi, Guangzhou, Quanzhou and Fuzhou, with a total of 19 stores opened and operated. In this regard, the Group will continue to promote the “Five-Year 50 City Plan” to achieve full coverage of the national maternal and child confinement service market through the Aidi Palace brand, the Moon Gege brand confinement center, and the combined Aidi Palace brand service center.
