Zhitong Finance App News, Qingdao Holdings (00499) announced that Ernst & Young has resigned as the company's auditor with effect from January 19, 2024 because the company and EY failed to reach an agreement on the audit fees for the 2023 fiscal year.
The board of directors further announced that, as recommended by the Audit Committee, it has decided to appoint Hong Kong Lixin Dehao Certified Public Accountants Limited as the company's new auditor with effect from January 19, 2024 to fill the temporary vacancy after Ernst & Young's resignation until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders of the company.
