The Board of Directors of the Company hereby clarifies and emphasizes that the Group has not had any discussions or negotiations or entered into any agreement with “Lightning Nuclear Fusion Energy Company”; has no direct or indirect relationships or dealings (whether business or otherwise) with any of the “Lightning Nuclear Fusion Energy Company” and “Ding Yifeng Group” and their related entities as described in the report; and is unaware of or involved in any alleged wrongful or improper conduct of such parties as described in the report. As of the date of this announcement, “Ding Yifeng Group” was not a major shareholder of the company, and the company was unaware that “Ding Yifeng Group” had interests or short positions in the company's shares or related shares recorded in the register that the company must keep under section 336 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
