Mr. Zhou Lewu applied to resign as the company's financial director due to personal health and family reasons, and no longer held any position in the company after his resignation. According to relevant laws and regulations such as the “Company Law”, “Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing Rules” and the “Articles of Association”, Mr. Zhou Lewu's resignation application took effect on the day it was delivered to the board of directors.
