The placement agent has successfully placed a total of 16.733 million shares to no less than six undertakers at the placement price of HK$1.21 per share in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement.
According to the announcement, the net proceeds from the placement are approximately HK$1.89 million, which will be used as general working capital and for future business opportunities and investments.
