Zhitong Finance App News, British Healthcare (300677.SZ) announced that the company plans to sign the “Ganzhou Feifan Digital Influential Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement” with Shenzhen Feifan Digital Equity Investment Management Partnership (“Feifan Venture Capital”) to participate in investing in Ganzhou Feifan Digital Influential Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) with its own funds. The partnership's target total pledged capital is $147 million; of this, the company will pledge 30 million yuan as the limited partner (LP) of the partnership.
According to the announcement, the partnership plans to make indirect equity investments in high-quality target companies in the fields of pan-semiconductors, new energy, and digitalization. The investment method only includes making indirect equity investment in high-quality target companies by pledging a limited partnership share of the Technology Venture Capital Fund (“Feifan Science and Technology Innovation Fund”) to be established by Feifan Venture Capital as the manager in Guangdong Province, China.
According to reports, this investment project can allocate the company's idle capital, expand the company's investment channels, diversify investment risks, and obtain long-term investment returns.
