Gelonghui, January 18, 丨 Tianjin Jinran Public Service (01265.HK) announced that Mr. Chen Tao has proposed to resign as the chairman, executive director and nomination committee chairman of the company in order to schedule time for his other work. His resignation will take effect at the end of the meeting after the company's shareholders approve the appointment of new directors at the extraordinary shareholders' meeting to be held by the company.
The board of directors has decided to nominate Mr. Wang Cong as an executive director to replace Mr. Chen, but the shareholders' approval is required at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders before doing so.
